Experience
Ian is currently Lead Officer of Partneriaeth. He has worked in regional education since 2014 having been initially seconded as a Leader of Learning for English. His roles have included being Strategic Lead for Secondary Support and Lead for Secondary Curriculum and Qualifications.
He has worked in education since 1993 and is a former Head of English in a large secondary in Neath Port Talbot and has also taught in schools in Swansea and Cheshire. Ian is a community governor in a Swansea secondary school. He is a qualified Additional Inspector with Estyn and has been an examiner at both GCSE and A level.
