Experience
David has worked in regional school improvement since 2014 when he was seconded as a Leader of Learning for science. David supports teachers, schools and settings across the 3-16 continuum.
He has worked in education since 1992 and has taught science at KS3-5 in 3 secondary schools in Carmarthenshire and Swansea. David has 14 years experience as a head of science/biology in a large 11-18 secondary school in Swansea. David is an Additional Inspector with Estyn.
